Do I get any credits to start with?+

Yes. Every new account gets 3 free credits the moment you connect Stripe — enough to send your first 3 invoices over Peppol before you decide whether to buy a pack.

What does one credit cover?+

One credit pays for one outbound Peppol send: UBL generation, the Stripe PDF as an embedded attachment, validation, and delivery to the recipient's access point.

What happens to credits I don't use?+

They stay on your account until you spend them. There is no expiry date and no rolling reset.

Do failed sends consume a credit?+

If a send fails before reaching the network, the credit is refunded automatically. If the recipient's access point rejects the document after delivery, that is reported back to you and the credit is not refunded.

Can I get a VAT invoice for the top-up?+

Yes. Every credit purchase is processed through Stripe and a downloadable VAT invoice is available from the Credits page right after payment.
